email marketing with adsens

Two more mlm forms, called email marketing and"adsens".
it based on advertise.
On December/2004 I began to write a personal blog that was a complete failure.

There I was writing about my personal experiences and my opinions about politics, economy, TV, people, etc. I made an effort in order to put good written posts and for me the posts seemed well but I had a small obstacle: I did not know nothing about promotion for a webpage. My skills were focused in programming (PHP, Java, ASP, .net) and databases.

Pages could go up in server, but nobody seemed to be reading that.

I subscribed my blog in some directories, and yes, I had 3, 5 or 10 daily visits. But I had in my budget many more visits. And I had read about Google Adsense, a program which you can use in order to win some money when people visit your page and click on text ads promoting stuffs related with the content in your page. You can subscribe for free and you only must copy and paste a code in your website according to instructions in control panel.

In 2005, I was dreaming with my check of $ 1,000 per month. I was writing posts in a daily basis. I said myself: "well, in some months I will have money from adsense". And yes, two months later I had money from adsense: $ 2!

$ 2! Can you believe that? And Google only send your check if you accumulate at least $ 100 in a monthly basis. I abandoned my blog on June/2005. Actually, I deleted it from Google and my posts were eliminated.

I was disappointed. No visits. No money. And I had a blog without sense. I was writing for myself. Then on June/2005, I said: "Blogs are a stupidity. And Google Adsense is a stupidity. Only big websites can get real money from adsense".

But, today, I have changed my mind. I have learned SEO techniques for good rankings in search engines and I can say Adsense is an excellent program, if you can get a decent traffic, even with only 50 daily unique visits you can get a check every month of $ 100, and more traffic means more money. Of course, it depends of your website topic and how you locate the ads in your pages.

I am getting money by adsense from several sites and when I get my check, I am happy because it is a passive income: money with a minimal effort. Sure you must promote your website, but not for adsense, you must promote your website, because you want to have people interested in your content.

Now, if you know SEO/SEM techniques, then you have an enormous advantage and you can get a huge check from adsense. Let me say this: $ 2,000 or $ 10,000 from adsense per month could be very easy for a good SEO optimizer. But if you are not a SEO optimizer, you can get money from Adsense if you have a content with quality and you make an effort in order to promote your website or blog. Maybe you must wait several months or maybe years. For that reason, I recommend you should learn about basic or advanced SEO.

Now, if you had a big wallet, maybe you can spend money in Adwords or putting banners or traditional advertisement in media or to buy links from related sites to your topic which have a good pagerank (rankings from google indicating link popularity for a webpage) and they are well-known in the industry and they are updated frequently. Those are some ways to get good rankings in search engines or traffic if you had money for promotion.

lesson2- Points To Know About An MLM Residual Income For An Internet Home Based Business

Like any business, a person has to work to make money online in an MLM residual income internet home based business opportunity. Many people believe that a residual income means they will not have to work at all. This is why many MLM home based businesses fail. There are some points about MLM residual income that every person needs to know before getting started so that they do not fail prey to misconceptions.

MLM's are popular because the way they work is designed so a person can make money from a one time sale over and over. If a person sells to one person and that person buys products on a monthly basis they are still earning that residual income. MLM's do not even require a person to recruit anyone if they do not want and still be able to make money. That is why they work. That is why people are interested in them and that is why there are so many internet MLM home based opportunities online available.

The concept of an internet MLM home based business is that each team member is helping the company sell their products. The addition of allowing each member to build a team is an additional way for the team members to build their business. It is not a necessity, but an option. If a person only sells items they will still make money, however, building a team will greatly increase that money. It is the team that enables a person to make money and earn the most residual income. Selling products is something that can only be residual if the customer buys again and again, but with a team the person makes money off their sales, too. So, as long as everyone is selling, everyone is making residual income.

MLM's are not a risk free opportunity, though. They are still a business and with any business there are risks. If a person signs up people who decide to quit then they are back at square one and must recruit again. Risk is always a factor in business. Also since it is a business, that also means it needs to be run like a business. The internet MLM home based business should have a senior group of management and staff that actually runs the business. Without the senior staff, the business could easily fold, leaving everyone out in the cold. If a person keeps these two points in mind when choosing a MLM home based business online they should be able to find a great company to work with.

MLM' are not a way to make a lot of money immediately and get rich quick. Making good money online takes time, but the structure of the MLM has been proven to be a great way to earn a nice residual income. Many people make their living solely from MLM', so it is possible to make a lot of money. It just takes a little knowledge and a little time to make it a success.

lesson1- Where did it all begin??

A Brief History of MLM

Nobody knows exactly when MLM began, because it really evolved over a number of years, prior to World War II. Most observers agree that Nutrilite – now an Amway subsidiary – was the first true MLM company. In addition to being the founders of network marketing, they were the founders of the vitamin and food supplements industry, way back in the 1920s. So the historical connection between MLM and nutritional products dates back over most of the twentieth century – a fact unknown to most people (especially those who think that, somehow, MLM companies are johnny-come-latelies to nutrition. Most of the major product breakthroughs in that industry have been pioneered by MLM companies, in fact.)

The beginnings of MLM

In 1949, two young men named Rich DeVos and Jay VanAndel became Nutrilite distributors. In the ensuing decade, they build a large, prosperous organisation across America. But, in the late 1950s, a problem arose that was to continue to plague many MLM companies even until now. And it almost sank their business.

The manufacturing arm of Nutrilite was owned separately from the marketing arm. And, as often happens in such circumstances (not just in MLM), the marketing arm was seen to be making most of the money. There’s nothing unusual in this. It’s a fact of life that those who connect manufacturers to their markets take the lion’s share of the selling price, in any industry.

To make a long story short, a standoff developed between the manufacturer and the marketer. DeVos and VanAndel watched, alarmed, as their distribution network dwindled rapidly due to lack of product and the resulting lack of income from sales. Unable to bring the two parties to an agreement, they decided to create a product of their own that they could supply to what was left of their network.

Amway is born

What happened next is legendary. In 1959, they formed Amway Corporation. Within ten years, they’d bought Nutrilite, and Amway has rarely looked back ever since. It’s still the largest MLM company worldwide.

Of course, that kind of spectacular success soon attracts attention and, before long a rash of MLM companies sprang into existence. But there was also a dark side to the story – one that still causes problems to this day.

It didn't take sharp operators long to realise that they couldn't take advantage of people under the strict, ethical rules of conduct required by the MLM companies. So they came up with a counterfeit version, based on a scam from the late 1920s (The Ponzi Scheme) that looked like MLM, but allowed them to fleece people who were basically the same as themselves… lazy and greedy.

Thus was born the Pyramid Selling Scheme.

The counterfeits soon emerge

It’s ironic that people still mistakenly accuse MLM of being pyramid selling when it was actually the reputable MLM companies that first petitioned government authorities to have pyramid selling outlawed.

It didn’t take long for legislation to be passed to rub out pyramid selling. But pyramid selling isn’t really a system or structure, despite its cunning name. It’s a mentality – an attitude – which is very hard to legislate against. Consequently, many anti-pyramid laws also discriminate unintentionally against legitimate network marketing, “throwing the baby out with the bathwater.”

Over the following decades, MLM has evolved and developed further into the wide array of companies, product ranges, reward plans and cultures that exist today. This unique, powerful system of free enterprise continues to grow, attracting more and more people to it. As we prepare to enter the twenty-first century, MLM has never been so well-respected, so healthy, so attractive or so rewarding.
